That is why my advice is tailored to your goals, budget, timeframe and the type of property you need. The aim is to help you make decisions based on real information, avoiding wasted time, common mistakes and unfavourable terms.
As a Property Finder, I represent your interests as a buyer or tenant. I search, filter and select properties that match your needs, analyse market prices, prepare viewings and negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible terms. This service is especially useful if you do not have time to search, do not live in the area where you want to buy or rent, or need professional guidance before making an important decision.
When buying or selling property, I help you define a clear strategy. If you are buying, we review your priorities, assess the available opportunities and evaluate each property carefully. If you are selling, we work on the presentation of the property, its positioning, strategic valuation and negotiation with potential buyers. The aim is to achieve a safe, transparent transaction aligned with the property’s real market value.
I also support landlords and tenants throughout the property rental process. For landlords, the service includes market analysis, marketing, tenant selection, document review and negotiation of terms. For tenants, I carry out a focused search to find the right property, reviewing both the contract terms and the suitability of the transaction.
